Technical parameters of the drying process:

1. The temperature in the work area of the product with paint is controlled at 20-30℃. After the product is hung up, the paint is dripped on the outdoor hanging line for 15 minutes;

2. The product enters the drying room after the paint is dripped, cools out after drying for 60 minutes;

3. After 20 minutes of drying in the outdoor drying line, enter the drying room again;

4. After the product is dried in the drying room for 80 minutes, the hanging line is transferred out of the drying room;

5. The humidity in the drying room should be maintained at 15-25°C the temperature at 60-75°C.

Drying standard:

1. A processed willow product, if painted, generally uses drying technology, but some products can be dried directly.

2. The drying should be carried out on a sunny day, the products should be placed in a single piece. Some sets of products can also be placed in sets, with the product facing the sun.

3. General products can be packed in the air for about 8 hours.
